The 3rd Annual Shadow Buddies “Shoot for the Kids” was a huge success! We raised $12,250 for our Super Hero Program!

The event was held on Thursday, April 26th, 2018, at the Saddle and Sirloin Club in Martin City.  It was a beautiful day with 52 shooters, amazing volunteers, great food and friends. This sporting clay event supports the Shadow Buddies Foundation “Super Hero” program, which provides child-sized Super Hero capes and masks to medically challenged children going through various treatments.  Along with a Shadow Buddy, the Super Hero capes and masks are also used to help children experiencing emotional and physical trauma.  Our goal is to donate 30,000 Super Hero capes and mask each year.

A big thank you to our title sponsor Allied Construction, and our two station sponsors, Seal-O-Matic Paving Company and Turner Construction.  Our amazing chairs this year were Greg Hellbusch, John Almeida, and Andy Perkins.  It takes a team effort and we want to thank each and every one of you who participated that made this event a success!

See you all next year!
